Order Processing
After your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing your items for shipment.
Processing Time
1–3 Business Days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
During holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to help ensure product quality and order accuracy.

Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates usually become available within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans your package.

Shipping Information
To help ensure successful delivery, please note:
- Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has entered processing.
- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability.
- Shipping carriers are selected according to destination and logistics availability.
- We currently do not deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

- Photos of the shipping package
- Photos of the shipping label

Customs & Import Charges
Lucy Vogue currently ships within the United States only. International customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import charges therefore do not currently apply to standard domestic orders.
